Ovid Technologies at Infobase, stand 4.1 D50
Ovid Technologies will be demonstrating a range of new products and services
during the Infobase meeting. Demonstrations at the stand will include the Ovid
Full Text Biomedical Collection - a collection of biomedical journals with
fully searchable full text, complete with full colour graphics and with the
unique ability to link to and from bibliographic information and full text
articles.
The innovative Ovid Web Gateway will also be demonstrated - this enables the
user to access Ovid and other Z39.50 compatible databases using a Web browser,
without compromising on search software capabilities. It is unique among
currently available Web products because it maintains search histories, so that
users have the flexibility of modifying an existing search, or re-executing the
search in a new database.
