Dear Colleagues,

As announced previously, the "Pharmaceutical Forum" will be organized by the
Pharmaceutical Information Group of European Association of Health Information
and Libraries (EAHIL) on the 21th May 1996 in Brussels in the Abbey Hotel
(near the airport), and on the 23rd May in the premises of Lek at Ljubljana,
Slovenia.

The speaker, Miss Bonnie Snow, Senior Staff Consultant Pharmaceuticals &
Biomedicine Dialog & Data-Star, is a expert person in the field of
pharmaceutical
information. She is a regular author of well-known "Database" and "Online"
journals,
and also the author of "Drug Information: A Guide to Current Resources"
which the
second edition is undergoing the final peer review process and should be
published
by third quarter this year. She is also teaching two continuing education
courses
on the subject, one being accredited with the Medical Library Association.

It is planned to start at 9 h and end at 5 h.

The programme is as follow :
- New tools for tapping into the Drug R&D Pipeline
- Update on other new pharmaceutical information sources
- Pharmacoeconomics searching

Lunch, coffee breaks and material is of course included.

Price is 4.500 BEF (3.500 BEF for EAHIL members) to send before the 6th May to
the account of the Pharmaceutical Information Group : 310-0847838-47. Please
specify "Pharma Forum - Brussels or Ljubljana".
