This is a new 'peer review' journal and the editors at

http://www.primenet.com/~ssnr/index.html#editors

are now accepting papers. The process is going to be same as the
classic model of paper professional journals but only the medium of
publishing will differ. No paper just electronic bits. Those authors
who have a manuscript to submit may want to look at the SSNR Editorial
Policy document

http://www.primenet.com/~ssnr/ssnrepol.htm

Readers may also want to check back also on the growing library of
reprints at:

http://www.primenet.com/~ssnr/index.html#reprint

from paper 'peer review' journals. This endeavor owes many thanks to
both the authors and the original publishers for giving their
permission.

Subject matter included in the Interantional Journal of Neural
Regulation includes epilepsy, muscular sclerosis, immune disorders, high
blood pressure, etc.

The Journal can be accessed at

The widely-regarded science journal NATURE now has an on-line WWW site,
which features abstracts of current articles, a database of job
advertisements (apparently current), and detailed information on
subscribing to and purchasing NATURE products and services. There is an
archive of the abstracts, but it is not clear from the site how far back
that goes or will go when the service has continued for a while. The
URL is:

Contains abstracts and will have a cumulative index; not full text
articles.

Mission Statement

The Journal of Health Politics, Policy, and Law is a multidisciplinary
publication published quarterly by Duke University Press. Articles
contain original scholarship on health politics, policy, and law from
areas such as political science, economics, history, sociology, health
services research, philosophy, ethics, and so forth. Manuscripts must
be explicit in their analysis of the implications for understanding the
politics of health care and/or for improving health care policy making.
Because the readership is diverse, articles must have a broad apeal as
well.

Science (Journal of the American Association for the Advancement of
Science, Washington, DC)

http://science-mag.aaas.org/science/

Science magazine is now partially on-line, offering table of contents,
summaries, and some limited searching and archiving functions. Here are
selections from their FAQ file with some basics.

1. When will the full text of SCIENCE be available on the web?

We will base our plans for providing full text on reader
feedback, so please let us know how important it is to you.

2. What full text is now available?

Editorials, TWIS, job announcements, and the full-text of some
special sections (such as "Careers '95) are now available
through the SCIENCE web site. See the SCIENCE Home page for the
complete list of on-line services.

3. Will you charge for access?

As a service to the scientific community, we hope to keep many
parts of our content free to all for the forseeable future: the
tables of contents for current and back issues, the news
summaries and article abstracts, and searching and browsing.
Beginning in 1996, we will offer some additional free services
(such as full-text) only to AAAS members/subscribers; others
who wish to use these services will need to pay a fee each time
they use the added service.

4. Will you go back and publish old issues of SCIENCE On-Line?

We will base our plans for providing back issues on reader
feedback, so please let us know how important it is to you.

14. How can I reach the developers and editors of SCIENCE On-Line?

SCIENCE On-Line welcomes and encourages feedback, and the
developers and editors respond to questions. The Feedback page
is always available to SCIENCE On-Line readers. Complete the
on-line form and send your question, comment, or suggestion to
the SCIENCE On-Line development team, and to the editorial
staff at SCIENCE.
